Packet pickup: Late registration and packet pickup are available on race day, beginning one hour before race time at the start location.
Drive time from Lamar, CO (day 4): 2:16, 140 miles
Drive time to Amarillo, TX (closest airport): 2:38 (152 miles). NOTE: You will lose an hour as you drive into the Central time zone. Please plan accordingly; there are no early starts.
Course description: Out and back (just under 3 miles, with aid station somewhat centered); graveled hiking trail and paved campground roads (trail shoes recommended); the most scenic, but with some hills, probably the toughest course of the five days–but it has dinosaur tracks!
Amenities: There will be showers available at the park. Groceries can be purchased at Ranch Market in Clayton.
